The team manager is very helpful, the administrative staff is always willing to answer any question. The whole system has a lot of functionality as it should. The only thing I think could be improved is the calendar, because it is a little difficult to synchronise with Google calendar. I think it has a lot of potential and I hope that the team will improve it little by little. The team is very responsive and willing to adapt to the user needs. The main problem is that the system does not have a lot of flexibility, but the team is working to improve it. It is a great team, because all of them are very professional and have a lot of experience, so they are able to give the best advice. The system helps us in the administrative tasks, such as training courses, sending newsletters, and other things.
