Review on ☕ Cuisinart SS-12 Coffee Center Brew Basics - Enhanced Black/Silver Edition by Erin Ellis

Bought this coffee pot because of the dual function. A 12 cup works well; A cup leaves a lot to be desired. Steam is released during the brew cycle, which then blows a large hole in the K-cup, sending the coffee grounds all over the K-cup area and into the coffee cup. This has happened more than once and honestly shouldn't have happened at all. Very disappointed with this product. I bought this coffee maker to replace Kreuig which had its own problems and because I thought Cuisinart products are well made and the company is a trustworthy brand. Apparently I'm wrong. Of course, the return period has expired, so I'm waiting for an email response from Cuisinart, which was sent two days ago.
