Ultimate Coffee Experience

As a coffee lover, I'm thrilled with this product! It's great for those who like to have both coffee and tea in one machine. The Home and Kitchen tool works like a charm for all coffee types. As my tests showed, this coffee center has a robust flavor and user-friendly controls. The only downside is the high-end value, but for coffee enthusiasts, it's worth every penny.

Pros
  • Two-in-one design saves space and provides both coffee and hot water dispensing options.
Cons
  • Not suitable for large households or offices due to its smaller capacity.

The decanter worked but the pod didn't

I sent mine back a few days after receiving it. I could never get the pod feature to work. The decanter button remains lit. When I got the SS-12 I brewed a pot first to see how it tasted. I had to get used to measuring ground coffee again. Maybe it would have been different if I had brewed a cup with a capsule first. However, SS-12 did not suit me. Cuisinart used to be a trusted brand. Now their stuff is made in China like everyone else.

Pros
  • Home & Kitchen
Cons
  • Something is wrong

Single cup function not acceptable

Bought this coffee pot because of the dual function. A 12 cup works well; A cup leaves a lot to be desired. Steam is released during the brew cycle, which then blows a large hole in the K-cup, sending the coffee grounds all over the K-cup area and into the coffee cup. This has happened more than once and honestly shouldn't have happened at all. Very disappointed with this product. I bought this coffee maker to replace Kreuig which had its own problems and because I thought Cuisinart products…

Pros
  • Kitchen and dining room
Cons
  • Some difficulties
