Review on Proster LCR Meter - Multimeter Tester for Capacitance, Resistance, Inductance Measurement with LCD Display and Over-range Indicator by John Destruction

As an electrical engineer, I've dreamed of an LC meter for years, but LC meters have been both out of my budget and on my priority list. Well electronics have really come down in price as this LC meter showed. I recently had to replace the DPST power supply (relay) on our AC unit and found that I had never replaced the engine start/run capacitor. I bought this LC meter to test a capacitor and this LC meter did the job perfectly. I first tested two replacement 50uF/5uF capacitors and then tested the existing 50uF/5uF capacitor. This LC meter showed that all three capacitors were pretty much 50uF and 5uF, which is exactly how the capacitors should be. So the meter appears to be reading the capacitors accurately, at least in that range. Haven't tried measuring more or less capacitance yet and I have yet to measure inductance so I can't comment on how well it does those tasks but so far I'm very happy with this LC meter. As soon as I test a meter more, I will advise.
