It seems accurate, I really like the display

Exactly what I was looking for and more. I like the tilted display and the big numbers. It's very easy to read. I have capacitors that I can't test with the Fluke 115 because it doesn't measure very small capacitance. This meter read very well the 50pF and 80pF capacitors I had. I measured a 0.033uF capacitor with this meter and my Fluke. This meter read 0.033 uF and Fluke measured 0.037 uF. This was with 18" Fluke wires. I used leads from a Proster meter and it showed 0.033uF so the Proster…

  • Elegant design

Decent gauge, no critical auto belay feature

Really great gauge, relatively inexpensive, easy to use, decent accuracy. A month ago I would have given this a four star rating, but my experience of accidentally hitting a high voltage line has shown that the meter is missing fuses on the input lines, meaning that overvoltage will destroy the circuit board traces and render it unusable. Attempting to repair traces on the board is not possible due to the construction of the counter. While I appreciate the low cost, it seems to me that almost…

  • Sturdy construction

Decent inexpensive LCR meter, but life may not be the best.

I've never had an LCR meter before and wanted one for my hobby radio. This instrument appears to be a good economical gauge, although I don't have standards available to test its accuracy. Regarding the quality: it doesn't seem that bad, but how long it lasts can soon be said. I will be patient not to break anything. However, the cables are not very high quality. One of the clips fell apart on first use. I'm not sure I want to bother with the return because of this, so I'll probably just live…

It's great to see the value of the CLR and .

I had time to use it a little longer. The big screen is a big plus. It's really nice to see the value of CLR and FV diodes. difference between green and blue. You can imagine the problems you will have with the resistor values. If you want to check the coverage. Choose the right area. I found when checking the cap that if the capacitance fluctuates it's probably a bad capacitor. .I didn't really do much inductance. The instructions indicate tolerance ranges. Most likely, all instructions will…

So far this seems to be a nice little LC meter.

As an electrical engineer, I've dreamed of an LC meter for years, but LC meters have been both out of my budget and on my priority list. Well electronics have really come down in price as this LC meter showed. I recently had to replace the DPST power supply (relay) on our AC unit and found that I had never replaced the engine start/run capacitor. I bought this LC meter to test a capacitor and this LC meter did the job perfectly. I first tested two replacement 50uF/5uF capacitors and then tested

Good price for an LCR meter but had a few issues.

I needed a multimeter with inductance and capacitance measurement capabilities as my other multimeters didn't have these capabilities. This one seemed to meet my needs at a good price. But it has several disadvantages. When I turned it on to check, the display didn't change or reset. At first I thought the meter might be faulty, but I quickly discovered that one of the probe wires had a resistance of 4-5 ohms, which prevented the meter from resetting. After replacing the sensors everything…

  • Not the best

Very nice for the price!

Leaded device gauge connections are a nice touch, even if through-hole technology is largely obsolete. The alligator probes that come with the kit are good, but practically useless when trying to measure a tiny SMD component. This is easily fixed by purchasing a pair of tweezers available from Revain: AST Labs SMD Tweezer Clip Test Meter Probe for Resistors, Capacitors, Inductance Multimeters. So you can install a banana to BNC adapter. Then instead of using discrete wires, you can use tweezers

  • Free for educational purposes
