Review on 🔧 Moen 1222B Repair Part: Single Handle Posi-Temp Replacement Cartridge for Reliable Plumbing Fixes by Johnny Murphy

I used this to replace a Moen "109272" cartridge that was installed 15 years ago. Had to buy a cartridge ejector to take it out as the original cartridge really stuck in place. Installation itself was pretty easy thanks to the included lube. This cartridge runs smoother day and night than the one it replaced. However, the insides are very fragile; You need to make sure it's deployed straight. I damaged another replacement while trying to reinstall the cartridge.
