Not as good as it seems!

I used to have big stereos, but this time I just wanted to upgrade my factory head unit to include Bluetooth capabilities. great, never had any problems connecting to my phone (LG V30) Cons: radio reception, volume, tone, audio quality Pros: looks, yes it's a personal choice but I like the looks. Bluetooth connected to my phone every time and I didn't notice any disconnects in the 2 days I had the head unit installed. Disadvantages Information: Radio reception, I couldn't get the same signal quality as standard radio and there was more interference from the stations I was receiving. The volume at max levels still wasn't as loud as the OEM, it just never hit the volume to really play. Tone and sound quality, there are only two manual tone settings, high and low, no midrange setting, preset equalizer settings don't help, if you only want midtones then this is the main unit for you. A few additional thoughts and notes: It has two sets of preamp outputs (but no subwoofer level control) and I can't comment on the output from these as I don't want to run the amps at this point.
