Really liked this amp while it was working. When I turned it on tonight, the device turned off and the red light started blinking. According to the owner's manual, this is caused by a circuit fault. According to the manual, you should switch off the device and contact Marantz support. From the research I've done online, it looks like it's going to be a big flop. I chose Marantz over other brands because I thought they were of a higher quality. I am extremely disappointed. UPDATE: Contacted Marantz support. They will not replace the amp. I need to pack the unit up and ship it to one of the If Authorized Repair Centers in New York. I had to call them first and they filled out a repair form and also provided a copy of my amplifier receipt. Such a hassle, I probably won't get it back for some time. I will definitely not be buying any more Marantz products.
