I used to use cloths for plates and tables, but they were too big and took up too much water and didn't dry well. What I mean by that caption is that when I first opened this pack of washcloths, they looked very brittle and tough. But after using them I really like them. They're thin, but that's a good thing because they're flexible and can be laid out for cleaning or simply folded into your hand. The creases in the fabric act as gentle cleaners without scratching countertops or non-stick pans, and they dry very well and quickly after use, preventing mildew odors. They also wash really well and stains come out without bleach (at least the stains I've had, like coffee and spaghetti sauce).
