Love it. It keeps the bacon and sausage pieces flat so they cook evenly. Haven't tried it on a hamburger because I use George Foreman for burgers. I use it on an electric shallow frying pan, electric frying pan and large frying pan. I chose this size to fit my electric skillet. I just want the floor to be smooth. Difficult to clean between very light grooves. 08/27/18 I downgraded my rating to 3 stars. This item is great for cooking, but bad for cleaning. It's so hard to get all the leftover food out of nooks and crannies. I just couldn't post everything. Rough. Because of this I stopped using it. I ended up throwing it away.
