After my third baby, I enrolled myself into an ab rehab class. I never realized what a toll pregnancy takes on your core. One of the required pieces of equipment was loop resistance bands, which we use in several different ways. One of the most effective exercises has been to loop the band right above the knee, to go on all fours, and to do glute raises, which also works your lower abs and linea alba. These bands have been just right for what I need, and BONUS: I really like the colors too :) Would recommend.
