Review on SCOSCHE GM1598AB Dash Kit: Perfect Fit for 2006-Up Chevrolet Impala/Tahoe Stereo Installation by Vedprakash Trilltight

I was planning to use this kit to install a Kenwood DNX575S in my 2013 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali. The kits from another supplier fit horribly - the head unit was too low and had gaps on both sides. The Scosche kit could have worked with some trimming but still didn't look standard. At the same time, I bought the Best Kit BKGMK318 Double Din Installation Dash Kit for 2006-2013 Chevrolet vehicles as both kits are only a few dollars each. The Best Kit is an absolutely perfect factory look kit. It has no gaps and adjusts to the depth of the main unit for a snug fit. While this Scosche kit may be a good match for some other dashboards and head units, it would be unsatisfactory for my application so I sent it back.
