Aside from some difficulties removing the plug from the OBD II port (I have big hands), the installation was easy. However, after programming, the engine only ran for 5 seconds before restarting. I emailed tech support after hours (around 9:30pm) but received a response within 30 minutes with reset instructions. The reset didn't work so I emailed hours in advance, at 7:30am the next morning. Again I got an answer within half an hour. After a few questions back and forth I received a notification that the replacement had been dispatched and at 3pm the tracking showed it was on its way. Two business days later, I received a replacement that installed and was up and running in less than a minute. I love that I can access remote start features like air conditioning and engine hours from my dashboard. Plus, even my kids are amazed that I added remote start to my 2018 Ford Fusion for less than half the price they paid for their cars, and I installed it myself in less time than it took them to get started to get to the installer. .
