I love how it can be customized to fit our needs as an agency or department.

The platform is very intuitive when creating dashboards so that anyone in my organization has access. It's not too difficult once you get used to using this software but there are definitely some features we wish were more accessible than others such as customizing fields within reports. If you're looking at something simple yet customizable then this would work well! We have been able to create multiple dashboard templates from one base template which makes things easier since every person involved knows what they need without having to go through training again and again.
