I only write this BC. 1 star rating from Kathleen. You must use the collar PROPERLY. I say this because there are 2 metal rings on either side of the plastic clip. One is free-moving (using it alone can cause choking, but it actually trains the dog not to pull) and the other is sewn in place. Using both will prevent the plastic clip from breaking by eliminating pull pressure. My husky pit mix is very strong and has snapped (and chewed through) a lot of collars AND cables. My pup chews on it all the time and it's still holding on. I've had it for 4 months now and just came back to order another one for the pup. I only wish the reflective stripe was wider, but a great collar for the price.
