I bought this for my 5 year old Siberian Husky that I rescued 3 months ago. He walked in with intense separation anxiety and the worst barking of demands I've ever heard. After 3 months of working with him, I had the separation anxiety under control. But the barking demand was unrealistic. So I bought this collar. I can't say enough about customer service. They take it to the next level of perfection. I put it on my dog and it was so tight I took it off because it was so cruel. I contacted customer service and they responded immediately. Apparently I didn't set the size of the collar correctly. They even sent me a diagram. This collar is the best. It only took a day for my dog to realize that he gets a vibration when he requests a bark. The beeper helps a lot, the vibration works 100%. You don't have to use a shock. It was the best small investment I've ever made. I've only held it with him at night for about 2 hours over 3 nights and now all I have to do is show him the remote and look away. This is a real review. i hate fake ones I spent so many dollars based on great reviews that I thought were legit. I HATE scammers! If you need something that works, this is the best. No need to spend hundreds of dollars. You will not be disappointed. Best customer service and product. Hope that helps.
