Demanding remote control and difficult to get working
The first remote we received didn't work. The power buttons and consoles have been corrupted. The replacement remote paired with my LG TV is fine, but the pointer just doesn't work. I tried to fix, now nothing works except the power button. I wanted to return it, but suddenly started working the next day. Maybe our TV should have been turned off for a while. Just a guess.
