This was, in my opinion, a great set for the prime day price with which I bought it. The bar fits together perfectly, and it isn't too heavy but substantial enough. I don't know how well the rings on each end will hold up, because they're fastened onto the bar's ends, not screwed in as I expected. The quality of all the components seems fine!My one comment is that the included straps are waaay too heavy for me to use. The product description was pretty much accurate, so I cannot say I was surprised. I was really hoping that this company would also offer different strengths of straps for purchase separately, or that a product would exist that otherwise fills this void. However, there isn't much at this time.Still, this set is an excellent idea! I'm getting lighter straps that hopefully will fit, and if the 30lb straps that are included are fine for you, this is an excellent way to try out this form of strength training for yourself. Particularly for prime day, this was an EXCELLENT value.
