I was excited to try this Amino Acid supplement as it claimed to enhance my athletic performance... When I tried this product I didn`t notice any changes in my energy or recovery. The only positive thing about this supplement is that it did not upset my stomach. However, it is certainly not worth the high price tag. Overall, I would not recommend this product to anyone looking to improve their health and household..
