PS5 only has backwards support for PlayStation 4 games. The PS5 cooling system is slightly worse and noisier than that of the Xbox Series X. At the same time, the performance is slightly lower (the filling is about the same, but the difference is in the frequencies of the CPU, GPU, and the number of CU units in the GPU). PS5 does not support VRR / FreeSync (analogue of G-Sync) and Dolby Vision (which is relevant in my case - LG OLED TV). The bandwidth of the HDMI 2.1 port has been cut - only 32 Gb / s versus 40 Gb / s for the Xbox Series X - 4K 120 Hz with HDR in full 4: 4: 4 mode will not be received, there will be 4: 2: 2 color compression. In addition to technical shortcomings, I can not help but notice such a nuance - look carefully at Sony's exclusives in recent years. Increasingly, women are portrayed as ugly and masculine, and men as stupid. If you choose a prefix for a child/teenager, think about the impact such games will have on his worldview (although, of course, do not forget about the age limit of games, it is unreasonable for a child to buy 18+ games). This trend has been around for a long time and affects the entire industry, but in the case of PS4/5 exclusives, the situation is noticeably worse.
