I was very excited to try this clutch. The reviews were great. The box was missing 2 studs for the coupling bolt and the ball bolt. I called Andersen and they sent the parts straight away. Unfortunately they sent the details of the 5th clutch device. I called them again and they sent the correct parts. I installed the hitch at a dealership when I picked up my new 34ft trailer. Installation was very easy. I adjusted the weight distribution according to the instructions. It was pretty windy on the way home. I felt many followers sway most of the way home. Was very disappointed. I tried again a few weeks later. It was another windy day and I was driving down the state highway at about 55 miles an hour. Here, too, I felt a fairly clear effect. I returned the towbar and chose the ProPride 3P towbar.
