The device itself is a marvel compared to other brands and devices that we have seen on the market. I assume they will last a long time. Great customer service but replacement parts can be an issue as they don't have a replacement factory in the States. However, the technology and options (if you will) suit our current needs and are flexible to accommodate future likes and dislikes. Excellent. The only problem is the design of the charging connector. When the device is fully charged, you may hear a very faint alternating pulse from the charging plug, which sounds like the faint but noticeable ticking of a clock second hand. You need total silence to even hear it, and you can spot it from up to 5 feet away. This means that the device does not charge, but recharges the battery - a long service life! Insulating tape dampens it. This isn't a deal breaker for me, just so you know. Otherwise almost perfect in our books. It's so customizable with options. If you don't use any options, the default settings are supplied by default. There are no problems with registration in the database. Read the instructions and get exactly what you want. I threw it in having previously registered the phones to the system and it works fine.
