Yes. I bought a Kuat bike rack to carry an expensive bike and this rack to carry mulch. Day and night are different. As you can see from the photo, welds are of really poor quality. In some places it disappeared, in others it just googled it. Not far away. Small metal coils are everywhere and painted over. Speaking of paint, it had chipped off in several places when unpacked. The paint is very soft and chips easily. I think the worst was fiction. You know, don't tighten anything until the screws are in. Yes of course. No, don't tighten the hardware at all. I had to loosen 2 main screws to even get the 2 top panels. I got my wife to do it, and I put the pieces back together and damn it. What 2 people had to struggle with, we screwed everything down to the last screw. I gave up and drilled out the last one. Together it looks strong. I bought it to carry a few bags of mulch and it can do the job, but I don't think I would recommend it to people.
