Lightweight stand with adjustable height. A little more than the cheapest gooseneck. If you want to attach something to a table, you'll probably need a gooseneck for adjustment. However, if you need a rock solid construction for heavier things like table lamps, it's sturdy and handled without extra parts. Looks more professional than gooseneck.
