Review on NewWaySERVICE by Michael Bressler

This is an easy system to use; it was relatively cheap for what you get! I didn't have any issues with this software as of now until we upgraded our server (which also had other problems). We are able resolve many customer service request in one place which has benefited us greatly since all requests can be handled at once rather than having several people handling them separately or over email alone. I like the ability to track my work orders and keep up with them. It is easy to use and very helpful when you need to find something that was done or needs to be done. I don't think there is anything that I dislike about this program. If it were not for the fact that I am in sales, I would definitely recommend using this program. I can easily see how many customers I have by date and what their status are.
