This is an easy system to use; it was relatively cheap for what you get! I didn't have any issues with this software as of now until we upgraded our server (which also had other problems). We are able resolve many customer service request in one place which has benefited us greatly since all requests can be handled at once rather than having several people handling them separately or over email alone.
