It's the best purchase I ever made, I will definitely do it again.
The most annoying thing is that about 5 years ago its price was ridiculous, if you search on the Internet you can find out which one it became not really expensive for 2022, although it is one of the best lenses for crop cameras. This is my second lens from Sigma, I like both lenses in terms of quality, design and assembly. I took it for video and I can’t say anything bad about autofocus, I use it manually, the lens is a classic, I advise you to buy it!
- - Quality material and assembly - Smooth running rings - Sharp at all settings - Fast (with speedbooster f1.2) - Heavy (for me it's a plus) - Focal spread right inside the lens (without trunk) - Universal (both wide and portrait) - Design (love the form factor) - Depth of field (nice bokeh)
- - No stub for such a price tag - Price is a separate issue
