I am very disappointed that I will not be keeping Camco's 10 piece stainless steel nonstick cookware set. The quality is very good and the nesting function is very well done. I did a first test on an induction cooktop and the heat transfer was quick and very even across the surface of the pan. The cooking set is clearly described as non-stick in the product description, so I was expecting some kind of coating or anodizing when I opened the box with the set. No plating is visible as it looks like polished stainless steel. I did a pan test with some eggs and cheese - it seemed like a reasonable test for nonstick. Unfortunately, most of the pan was very sticky and difficult to remove, necessitating an O/N soak. We bought a kitchen set for our camper project and we have limited water for cleaning so we need nonstick pots and pans. I'm really disappointed that this kit doesn't work for our application as the overall quality and function of the attachment is excellent. If non-stick isn't critical, this set might be for you.
