To be honest a little disappointed with the lack of IR tabs but I had to cover my ACH as I got a new OCP. I was worried the color would be a bit faded as shown in the picture; but I see no real difference between this case when placed over a double washed OCP top. If you need IR tabs in a helmet lid look elsewhere but the quality of fit and finish is high. Fits my large helmet a little more closely than one of the previous reviewers, but just pop the lid down and use the long (about 2″) velcro straps to secure the lid. The IR flash back cover opens about 2/3 inch as it is not exactly MIL-SPEC. TL; DR Get these if you need them for a short time, but if your device is giving them out soon (just wait) or your job requires IR tabs, then buy the other option. ARGN 11V->11A
