This monitor comes standard with a high contrast ratio. Luckily, you can play around with the OSD and fix it so that the panel actually looks fine. The panel is also highly adjustable, movable up and down, and can also be rotated. The hook that protrudes from the rear column as a headphone holder is almost a joke. The column itself serves as the best mount in my experience. The 144Hz refresh rate combined with Freesync makes for a very smooth experience. I don't like the red color but it seems to be the trend for freesync monitors. At least here it's pretty thin. By the way, check your display settings in Windows to make sure you're really using the monitor's full refresh rate. I ran it at 120Hz for a week and didn't even notice until I looked at it.
