Great balance board for a quick workout
Great balance board, massage beads add a little incentive to just stand on it at times.Still smaller than a bosu ball though.I’m not the biggest fan of the spiked bottom as I am on a carpeted floor a lot and the spikes dig into the carpet taking away the balance.But doing exercises such as squats, curls, yoga poses, I can definitely feel my legs being engaged
- Very useful for balance and Coordination while get core stability
- Not suitable for all fitness levels
