My Whistle Go arrived quickly and was excited to fit my Miniature Pinscher. I charged it for the recommended time (2 hours) and a notification was sent to my phone that it was fully charged. I unplugged it from the charging cable and noticed a plastic connector underneath the device that fits into a notch on the collar. Upon inspection it turned out to be cracked. I followed the instructions to attach the device to the collar and noticed that it was loose. The broken part could not hold the collar attachment securely. 🙁 I immediately requested a replacement from Revain. I still wanted to test it out, so I put it around my dog's collar for a little run around the block. As soon as we left the "safe zone" of the house, he locked himself in. GPS stuck and not updating! We drove a good mile in about 30 minutes and ten GPS signals were still stuck in the same place. It didn't even detect movement! Please note we love Seattle and I have AT&T coverage in the area. There is no problem with my cell phone, but the Whistle Go does not work at all. I'll wait for a replacement and see what happens. A rather disappointing first experience with a recently released product. I had high expectations.
