When I usually order a shampoo (I often order this brand) it comes with the lid closed. This lid was not sealed with tape and exploded all over the package. I lost a third of the bottle and had to clean up. Not happy at all. I love this brand of shampoo, I use purple for myself, pink for my eldest daughter and blue for my two younger daughters. I love the smell and the softness of our hair. I will never use any other brand again. There is nothing wrong with the product itself, only the shipping method!
