UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE! February 15, 2020. We figured if the light on the tender came on then it must be working! , we thought it might be one of the van's batteries. We removed both and checked, in fact one was very low. We bought a new battery. And we reconnected the tender and it worked like magic. continues Two winters! I recommend and will buy again! Hope this helps someone! TO UPDATE! It's been good so far. read below! So far, so good! We have already winterized our van. It seems to be working correctly. And for now we're happy with that. TO UPDATE! The only thing we noticed the whole time was that the battery indicator appeared to be flashing from red to green. When we plug it back in, it stays red. It's not good, we need it to work for us this winter. I will contact the company. So disappointed now. We never got it working. And the company said we can't return it because the time for a return has expired. As far as I remember, not much time has passed.
