I received the monitor this morning. I may come back to this later to update my review and add useful pointers for those who may follow my experience. In terms of setup and quality, this monitor is excellent. I bought this monitor specifically because I have an ASUS laptop and thought it would be better to get a monitor from the same brand and I need a touchscreen. The touch screen does not work. I consider myself relatively tech savvy and none of my tricks for updating the driver etc. are working. - the screen is clean - everything is perfectly connected and working - there are NO touch drivers in Device Manager so I don't need to update or enable anything. Every sheet of paper that comes with the screen has no mention of an external setting or DL, so it seems to me that in theory I should be able to "plug and play" with a touchscreen. characteristic. NO. I will continue troubleshooting. If I still can't use this feature, I plan to return the product as I was willing to buy a more expensive monitor just for the touchscreen variant. If I succeed, I'll update the review with more troubleshooting tips. It's annoying.
