I love that this platform allows me to connect with my customers/employees quickly, anywhere, anytime - from email, Slack chat, Facebook Messenger. It’s easy to use and makes it very simple for our staff to communicate through any of these platforms. The customer support team are always willing to assist you during business hours by phone /livechat. We have not found an issue yet! The platform is intuitive and easy to use, the platform is easy to implement, and the support is excellent. I appreciate the platform and the team's commitment to making sure it is easy to use. I have not found anything I dislike. I highly recommend the platform. The platform has helped us with employee engagement and retention. We are able to have a more personal and human touch with our employees.
