Would get something else that offers 60fps

I got this a few years ago but I didn't understand why my screen was always lagging when connected to my TV via HDMI. It turns out that 60 fps is not supported in 4k. I'd recommend buying something else that offers 60 fps if that's what you need when using it for an external display.
