I used the iron set on Max, pinched a towel inside the shirt, lined up the letters with a ruler, gently placed the towel on top and Press firmly for 60 seconds. This is a 100% polyester jersey that says do not iron. I tried to pull them off when they were cold but they still stuck to the see-through sheet and pulled down the shirt. So I reheated it and peeled off the letters when it was hot. I couldn't figure out how to get the letters to stay perfectly still when I cover them with a towel to make them look a little crooked. It's for a child so I won't break a sweat but I wish they would just pay her to write his name on it. I figured I could save money this way (which I did), but quality was sacrificed.
