Wash once and you're done - done like a jambik falls apart.
I have had this pillow since April 2020 and have just washed (ie removed by unzipping) the cover for the first time (this is July 2020). I washed the cover in the cold on the gentle cycle and air dried it. The zipper is completely broken. I'm so sad. This pillow is my 4 year old's favorite and is the perfect size and super cozy. I'm upset because it's broken beyond repair and we've owned it less than 4 months. I would not recommend this product as it fell apart after a single wash.
