Review on Lexar 16GB Kit (8GBx2) DDR4 3200 MHz UDIMM Desktop Memory for Everyday Users, Performance Upgrade - Amazon Exclusive (LD4AU008G-R3200UDST) by Greg Muin

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Stable at 3600MHz, good cooling

This memory has been reliable for me with no crashes or freezes at 3600MHz. That's the main thing I'm looking for with RAM. I also monitored the temperature over time and it stayed relatively cool thanks to the large heatsink on each part. The RGB capability is fun for a modern PC build, adding a nice touch to the inside of your case. I see no difference in speed or reliability compared to the G.Skill or Corsair 3600MHz memories I've used in the past. . 16GB is the nominal memory size for a modern PC, but it works well for my gaming PC and I really didn't need to go up to 32GB. I've added 16GB of 3600MHz memory from another manufacturer and they work well together so I have no issues to report after a week of fairly heavy use and testing.

Pros
  • High speed DDR4 memory
Cons
  • Minor issues
