Stable at 3600MHz, good cooling

This memory has been reliable for me with no crashes or freezes at 3600MHz. That's the main thing I'm looking for with RAM. I also monitored the temperature over time and it stayed relatively cool thanks to the large heatsink on each part. The RGB capability is fun for a modern PC build, adding a nice touch to the inside of your case. I see no difference in speed or reliability compared to the G.Skill or Corsair 3600MHz memories I've used in the past. . 16GB is the nominal memory size for a…

Lexar quality good for memory

I've bought a lot of Lexar memory and never had a problem with reliability. Fortunately, this trend continues with this DDR4 memory designed for the gaming market. I don't overclock my memory just because I find the real benefits to be minimal and not worth the small risk of shortening the life of the computers I do a lot of data analysis on. What I can say is that this memory works fine without any tweaks. I love the lighting and the lighting here is similar to others, with software that…

Looks good, performs even better

Lexar manufactures memory chips with very high quality control. Doubling the total from 8GB to 16GB works out of the box, but is also easy to overclock for even more performance. Pushing this out to replace the DD4 location will enable the RAM on POST with no further issues. It's XMP compatible and speed (and overclocking) tuning is extremely easy. There's dedicated RAM-RGB coordination software, and Lexar RGB Sync takes up little space and retains settings across reboots (although the downside

Not bad, but timing could be better

-System CPU: i7 7700K @ 5.1GHz Mobo: Asus Maximus IX Hero Z270RAM: G.Skill Trident Z 4266 @ 4000MHz ; 19, 19, 19, 39 I've been running my system with the above stable overclock since 2017. With these Lexar sticks I had to increase the timings to 20, 21, 21, 21, 42 to get them stable at 4000MHz. at the same voltages. Of course, the Trident Z was more expensive, but five years have passed. I'm glad they made it to 4000MHz but at the same time I'm disappointed that I had to loosen the timings. I'm
