Is not hot enough to spread the scent of wax but excellent customer service
Looks nice but does not get hot enough to spread the scent of wax when ambient temperature is between 63 to 68 F. Probably would work fine in warmer ambient temperatures but that rules out fall and winter for me. Product rating 3/5.Excellent customer service though. They were prompt and helpful with their responses. 5/5
