Prior to purchasing this protectors I had rubber ones and boy im soooo glad I switched! My bar stools glide across the hard wood floors with ease, they were easy to install ( I do recommend measuring the base of the leg before purchasing) they are circular but the fit perfect on the square base ( very elastic)Would definitely recommend
