This is really hard to rate as these tips deserve a thousand stars but I can only give them two. I ordered three packs of heads for my family and everyone loves them. I have periodontal disease and these brush heads have changed the world. Not only are my teeth white and squeaky, but my gums are healthy, pink and my teeth are strong. At first my gums were very sensitive, but they quickly got used to it and hardened. This is truly an amazing product. While I love them I can't currently give them more than two stars as they aren't built to last. Each brush head wears out within a month and just falls off the handle - they are useless. I've read of this happening to others and the seller's response says this is the exception rather than the rule. I may have received defective heads so I ordered 3 more packs to see if they last more than a month. I will definitely follow.
