Installation and setup could be easier. Software support is rather haphazard. They don't provide a way to put the included operating system (Android version) back onto the module after replacing it with something else. You can't just plug it into your computer and flash it. Adding a microUSB connector and the hardware required to do so would make it MUCH EASIER and more flexible to use. Or even making a separate USB adapter that you could plug it into for flashing would be way better than the current "hot swap" and pray you don't short anything with the method they use now.
