Fits perfectly in the front bay of my T7810 as intended and even has a hard drive fan already built in BUT no screws were included to attach it to the case. They must be purchased separately. You will also need a SATA cable as while the workstation power cable to the front bay has enough ends for 2 components, it doesn't have a spare SATA cable that just sits there. EDIT: Update to add to my understanding that the standard faceplate that replaces the faceplate bundled with it in your case has 4 hard drive mounting screws tucked securely inside, waiting for the user to need them. My fault for not taking a closer look. Thank you Dell
