As others have said, this replacement remote works as expected. - It REALLY seems much lighter than the original. - It REALLY has to be pointed almost directly at the TV, which isn't really a problem, but once you get used to not having that problem anymore, it's noticeable. - The remote control I received is RED, which is fine with me. What bothers me and the reason for my 4 star rating and not a solid 5 at the moment is that I'm used to just pressing and holding the volume up/down to constantly increase or decrease the volume. With this remote, I have to press, tap, tap, tap to increase the volume a few steps. Not so much, but still. I would recommend this product to a friend and you other Revain customers :)
