After 12 years, the remote control for my first flat screen TV broke. I ordered this one and was pleased to find that all the buttons work with no issues (no programming required). My only regret would be that the Note has the same build quality as the original, but since it works I can't complain.

A fully working replacement, just what I needed for my previous remote that had lost its battery. This device is slightly lighter than the original equipment. It has a red backlight when you press a button. However, I want the backlight to illuminate ALL the keys; Directional, Select, and Environment buttons are not highlighted. The rest is perfect for this task.

Used to be 5 stars but now after 6 months one of the two controllers purchased no longer works. Absolutely identical to the original except for the Samsung logo and a few lighter colors on the keys.
