Yes, cheaply made. Yes, it is not 100% sheepskin. Yes, it may not be suitable for some places. But for $45, you should know what you're getting into. That being said, this cover fitted the driver's seat of my 1999 Ford Explorer quite snugly. The actual shearling part is only in the middle as other reviewers have mentioned, but it's the only part that comes in direct contact with your body anyway! It seems like using real sheepskin for the entire cover (including the sides and back) is a waste. It's very comfortable, much nicer than hot/sweaty skin in warm weather. I don't expect it to last forever, but the price is low enough that it doesn't matter much. A custom made 100% sheepskin boot costs well over $400 which is certainly way more than I am willing to pay for a 15 year old truck. However, I have to agree that the color is disgusting. It's much closer to bright yellow than cream as seen in the photos. But then again, it's convenient enough and cheap enough that I can live with the downsides.
