Description of 🚗 Enhance Your Driving Experience with Kraco 5039162 Sheepskin Bucket Seatcover in Champagne

item uses natural animal skin and is not dyed color and patterns vary. Photography lighting and monitors also effect image comparisons. It is a high back “universal” seat cover, which fits about 85% to 90% of vehicles. Protects against splits, stains, fading, dirt, and pet hairs. The seat cover is 100% sheepskin on the middle section of the seat cover and is synthetic otherwise. "Superfit" flap for a more snug, wrinkle-free fit.

Measure before you buy

I have a Kia Optima and it doesn't fit the seats at all. There's no room for a headrest, and it didn't fall all the way back. The seats in my car are very similar to the bucket seats shown in the product photos. If your seats just drop down the sides with no bulge you should be fine, but if they're bucket seats it probably won't.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

It fits my 2002 Firebird bucket seats perfectly!

I find the price-performance ratio very good. Only the place you sit is the sheep, but that suits me as I don't sit on the back of my seats. ;-) They shed a little at first, but that soon goes away. The first one I ordered had holes in it but I believe it was the one the customer used/cut out and then returned as the box it came in was resealed but on the second two seat covers, which I ordered I had no problems. I bought something similar 10 years ago so they serve with care.

Riding on a cloud.: Seat covers

very comfortable! Combine this with an Amazon plug in seat heater (insert underneath) and sheep seat belt cover in winter. CUSH! great for long trips. The only odd thing is that after about 3 months I noticed that the plastic part on the seat looks a bit dirty/discolored. You may need to shampoo the carpet a bit soon. I'm not too fancy so I don't mind. Also, don't expect it to fit every seat exactly, it works great in our 2004 Ford Escape, but it doesn't fit every seat exactly. again, it…

Very disappointing - interior

Not true. The advert, description and packaging says "real sheepskin". Sheepskin center panel, but most seat covers are synthetic and linen. Sheepskin has a clear advantage: it does not pill, does not leave "streaks" on clothing and is ideal for seat covers because it does not sweat. Unfortunately, they do not have any of these functions. The middle plate isn't big enough or far enough away from the plastic to work. That's too bad because the manufacturer could just make a stretch woven fabric…

Super comfort and price right

To be clear (which you can see in other reviews) not all of the seat padding is sheepskin, just the center back panel and seating area. But I will say it makes all the difference. My fiance and I, who live in South Florida, bought these for our old Mercedes SL Convertible so the heat was an issue. It actually kept us cool when riding in 80-degree weather, and we even cut out part of the side to show the chrome detailing on the sides of the bucket seats. I had no problems and would happily buy…

Satisfied then disappointed

When I first received them they were what I expected. They fit well in my driver's and car (VW Rabbit 1981) and were easy to install. The quality of the lambskin is ok - as mentioned in other reviews it is not lambskin throughout the seat cover. I didn't mind because I didn't experience any noticeable hair loss from him. But after just a month of use and regularly moving the seat forward to get into the back seat of my car, the metal grommets holding the hooks for attaching the seat cover have…

Came torn. for seat covers

I bought 2 pieces, one for the driver, one for the passenger. I put the first one on the driver's side and it went with no problems. The passenger is not very good. Looking at the second one, I noticed a hole next to the elastic on the inside of the seat. Deciding it wouldn't be visible I proceeded and in doing so I also noticed that the seamstress was having trouble with one of these as there were long threads and some repairs (I sewed commercially and recognized the problem). slightly smaller

Lambskin computer chair on seats and accessories

uses this to cover the computer chair with armrests, uses this to cover the main body of the chair and the lambskin seat belt covers for hands, under the seat cover I used medline water / Wheelchair gel pillow with a layer of foam on top and it's CUTE I love it like it's sitting on a cloud. The product seems very well made and almost covers the back of the seat like leather padding and has straps to tighten it at the bottom. True it only has real sheepskin in the middle but where it touches you

What's happening?

Yes, cheaply made. Yes, it is not 100% sheepskin. Yes, it may not be suitable for some places. But for $45, you should know what you're getting into. That being said, this cover fitted the driver's seat of my 1999 Ford Explorer quite snugly. The actual shearling part is only in the middle as other reviewers have mentioned, but it's the only part that comes in direct contact with your body anyway! It seems like using real sheepskin for the entire cover (including the sides and back) is a waste…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
